Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Midget Major U18 Tournament

Full Refund available up to ONE (1) WEEK BEFORE Tournament takes place. Please Contact Coach Carlucci directly with any additional questions at info@ctunitedhockey.com

Midget Minor U16

Please contact Coach Mike within 48 hours of registration for a refund.

Bantam Major 2011 Tournament

Please contact Coach Mike within 48 hours of signing up for a refund of your entry fee

Mites 2017 + Under Tournament

Please contact Coach Mike within 48 hours of signing up for a refund

PeeWee Minor 2014

Spring Hockey League

We offer full refunds minus a $50 administrative fee and processing fees until the first day of the season, Monday, April 2025. During the first week of the season, we will offer a pro-rated refund minus a $50 administrative fee and processing fees. After the first week of the season is over, from April 14, 2025, forward, we will offer a pro-rated refund minus a $50 administrative fee and processing fees as a credit valid for any future CT Flames camps, practice programs, or 3v3 scrimmage days.
